一、项目亮点

特别安排的中外学生交流活动是夏令营的一大特色。与中国学生同上一堂课,在交流分享中了解中美文化的共性与差异,增进彼此的理解与包容,收获跨国、跨文化的宝贵友谊。

中国学校邀请,可靠、值得信赖。
中方老师营期陪同,及时处理、响应各类突发情况,联系不掉线。
严格把控出行安全、饮食卫生、住宿环境,与当地医院及医疗场所保持紧密联系,为营员打造一个舒适安全的夏令营环境。
二、行程安排:

以上行程为参考行程,如遇极端天气、景区营业时间调整或其他不可抗力因素,行程可能会根据实际情况进行调整。
三、招募条件

美国国籍,13-45周岁(不包含45岁及以上)。

公立或私立学校在校中/大学生、教育工作者、青年学者。
-
身心健康,具备跨文化适应能力,适应国际长途旅行。
四、费用说明
在华食宿、市内和城际交通、参观交流等费用由项目承担。承担费用具体说明如下:

签证:被邀请人持项目《邀请函》赴中国驻美使(领)馆,办理5年多次访问签证(“F”字签证),可免签证办理费用(含加急费)。原则上,被邀请人应在其长期居住地(工作地)所属领区申请签证。单次在华最长停留时间一般不超过六个月。

住宿:行程期间住宿费用(酒店或校内公寓)。

交通:行程期间的市内旅游巴士费用、中国境内城际交通费用。
-
用餐:行程期间团体每日正餐(早、中、晚餐)费用。
-
门票:行程期间游览景点的门票费用。
需要个人承担的费用包括但不限于:

机票:抵离中国的往返国际旅费。
-
保险:国际旅行期间的人身意外保险、医疗保险。
-
住宿:行程期间因个人原因产生的外宿费用。
-
交通:行程期间因个人原因产生的市内交通费,城际往返交通费。
-
用餐:行程期间超出每日正餐以外的餐饮费用,如外卖、夜宵、饮料、零食等。

门票:游览线路中未包含的景区门票及景区内需要额外付费的游玩项目。

补充:出入境个人物品海关征税,超重行李的托运费、保管费,个人物品邮寄费,因交通延阻、战争、政变、罢工、天气、飞机机器故障、航班取消或更改时间等不可抗力原因所引致的额外费用;酒店内洗衣、理发、电话、传真、收费电视、饮品、烟酒等个人消费;当地参加的自费及以上“费用包含”中不包含的其它项目。

I. Program Highlights
1) Immerse deeply and appreciate the millennium-old charm
Step into the long history of China. Our study tour will lead you to deeply explore the ancient and mysterious cultural heritages of both countries. From the magnificent Great Wall in Beijing to the graceful West Lake in Hangzhou, every historic site carries stories that have lasted for thousands of years, waiting for you to listen to and discover.
2) Joyful cultural learning,experience its unique charm
The combination of carefully designed cultural courses and cultural visits enables the campers to visit with knowledge and apply what they have learned. From the culture of the central axis in Beijing to physically exploring the Forbidden City, Tian’anmen Square and Qianmen Street on the central axis; from the stories of the Great Wall to climbing the magnificent Great Wall; from the folk legends of the West Lake to taking a stroll around the West Lake... There are also rich and joyful cultural experience activities and street explorations waiting for you !
3) Cultural Exchange: Building Bridges of Friendship
The specially arranged exchanges between Chinese and American students are a major feature of the summer camp. Have classes together with Chinese students, in the process of exchange and sharing, understand the similarities and differences between Chinese and American cultures, enhance mutual understanding and tolerance, and harvest precious transnational and cross-cultural friendships.
4) Security Guarantee: Reassuring Parents
Invited by Chinese school, it is reliable and trustworthy.
Chinese teachers will accompany during the camp period, promptly handle and respond to all kinds of unexpected situations, and maintain continuous communication.
Strictly control travel safety, food and accommodation environment, and keep close contact with local hospitals and medical institutions to create a comfortable and safe summer camp environment for the campers.
II. Itinerary Arrangement

Project Duration: 14 days (including the time of arriving in and leaving China)

Cities to Visit: Beijing - Hangzhou or Beijing - Hangzhou and Quzhou

Itinerary Plan:
The above itinerary is for reference only. In the event of extreme weather, changes in scenic area operating hours, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Accommodation Standard: School apartments or hotels, double rooms or multi-bed rooms.
Ⅲ. Recruitment conditions

American nationality, aged between 13 and 45 (excluding those aged 45 and above).
-
Students from public or private schools, educator,young scholars.
-
Physical and mental health, cross-cultural adaptability, and adaptability to international long-distance travel.
IV. Cost Description
The program will cover the costs of accommodation, meals, local and intercity transportation, and visiting and exchanges during the stay in China. The specific details of the covered costs are as follows:

Visa: The invited person shall go to the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in the United States with the Invitation Letter of the program to apply for a 5-year multiple entry visa ("F" visa), which can be processed without visa fees (including expedited fees). In principle, the invited person should apply for a visa in the consular district of their long-term residence (work place). The maximum duration of stay in China for a single visit is generally not more than six months.

Accommodation: Accommodation cost during the trip (hotel or on-campus apartment).

Transportation: The cost of the city tour bus during the trip and the cost of intercity transportation within China.

Meals: daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the group during the trip.

Tickets: The cost of tickets for visiting attractions during the trip.
The expenses that need to be borne by individuals include but are not limited to:

Airfare: Round-trip international travel expenses for arriving and departing from China.
-
Insurance: Personal accident insurance and medical insurance during international travel.
-
Accommodation: The cost of staying out for personal reasons during the trip.
-
Transportation: The cost of transportation and intercity round-trip transportation incurred due to personal reasons during the trip.

Meal: Expenses for meals other than the daily meals during the trip, such as take-out, late-night meal, drinks, and snacks.

Tickets: Tickets for scenic spots not included in the tour route and additional paid activities within the scenic spot.

Supplement: Customs tax on personal items entering and leaving the country, excess baggage handling fees, storage fees, personal item mailing fees, additional fees due to force majeure events such as transportation delays, wars, coups, strikes, weather, aircraft malfunctions, flight cancellations or changes in schedule. Personal consumption such as laundry, hairdressing, telephone, fax, pay TV, drinks, tobacco and alcohol in the hotel; and other items that are not included in the "specific costs ".
